Beginner\'s home mobility band workout - buff dudes mobility band workout plan s1d2 - Buff Dudes Calidum: I need some advice: I-m a 23 year old guy, 5-11-, 180 ish pounds, around 20% body fat. I-ve been working out since late October and I-ve made some progress. I can lift a lot more weight than I could (mainly thanks to the buff dude-s videos) and I can do cardio for almost twice as long as I could when I started. The annoying thing is that I-ve been trying to build muscle and burn fat at the same time (I know, it-s difficult) but I-ve made almost no progress in the fat burning department. I-m down around 9 lbs but I-ve basically plateaued since January. I eat fairly healthy (though I eat a lot of pasta) and I have a caloric deficit of around 200 calories per day and I drink almost exclusively water except a cup of coffee in the morning and two drinks on saturdays. I work out for around an hour and a half three days per week. I really want to get rid of the love handles. Like that-s priority number one. Should I focus more on cardio and less on weights or is the problem probably more related to my diet?

Bought my copy of the band work out and so looking forward to it. I am a beginner and I like the funny side to all this but also the important information tied into it. I would have liked a page number reference when looking at each exercise for the plan parts but I also see that without it it looks clean and helps make my mind remember the exercise name as well as the exercise. So working out my memory and body! Love this idea, love the support, and love laughing through out these videos so thank you all.

For some reason, I can't do push ups. It's not that I'm too weak, but when I do them, my right shoulder (which had an AC joint problem years ago) 'grinds' for lack of a better word. After doing 10 push ups, it starts to hurt & will continue hurting for a week or more. Oddly, I have no problem doing floor presses, which are basically the same motion only in reverse.

I absolutely love these. However several exercises require an anchor to tie the bands to. Problem is - at home and the office - I really don't have a bar or anything to attach to as I don't keep an exercise rack in a basement which I do not have. Any suggestions?

Any tips on buying bands etc? Also recomdations and colours to buy for someone who's just getting back into training after a 10 year break and obviously doesn't need them all?
Thanks, great page you've created.

I-ll be starting Day 2 tomorrow, loving it already!
I do have a question, what-s the difference between a Deadlift and a Romanian Deadlift with the bands? In the book, they look exactly the same.

It's so hard to find good material about the mobility bands, i love your work around it, and i'd love to buy the pdf, but in my currency (brazil's reais) it is too expensive right now: (

Buff Brandon and Mikayla, I long for the day when everyone is as lucky as I to have their gym open, but until then I hope people get a hell of a lot out of this routine. Stay buff

Brandon and Mikayla is such a good entertainment team. He tells me interesting stuff while she flirts with me through the camera. I'm both intellectually and visually stimulated

I admire what tmyou guys do and how you get the whole family involved.
I'm not doing a band workout though. I will recommend it for my wife.
