Was really hardcore into body building and power lifting in my 30s. Due to personal problems and injury-s I gave it up for a long time. Now at 48 i discovered the buff dudes and also mobility bands. I used to laugh at bands at one time. Man was I wrong. been using them along with the bud dudes exercise routines for 3 months and I feel so much better and I-m a leaner more cut man than I was years ago. mobility bands are no joke

I-ve been looking for a good routine on the mobility bands, and I always love your videos. I-m wondering, does your book make it possible to reliably hit every muscle/movement even if we don-t have anything (no door, hook, rack etc) to attach the band to? I-m a frequently traveling student, and often all I have is a bag of bands and the floor. Again, love the videos. Thank you!

Can you make a video that outlines the goals of each of your workout plans? Kind of like a -which 12 week program should I do? - Type of video. Keep up the good work!

when doing band pull apart (3: 19, you should use underhand grip (similar to rotator cuff exercise - 6: 55) because external rotation shoulder movement is a lot safer.

HAHAHA By having the band at your heels when doing calf raises the band does nothing. It just stays at the same stretch (the distance between calfs and neck)

One-and-a-half reps work well for bands. The 1st half of the range is nothing anyway, so you get a lot more useful tension by staying in the peak half.

I could use the band exercise for the glutes! I have weak hips, legs and knees. Great video. Brandon looks better with short hair!

Tha calf. raises don't make sense. isn't the band suppose to be stretched when u -raise- just like shrugs or bent over row?
