Day 1: (DONE) It was not that hard. i can't feel the burn maybe bcs i already did emi wong's 11 line abs for 40 days and burn the stomach fat. It helped me a lot.
Day 2: (DONE) i hope i won't waste my time doing this workout. i hope i'm not! :D bcs it looks effective.
Day 3: (DONE) I'm sweaty. That's nice, im burning calories: DDDDDD
