I-m following a lot of your sessions and think they are fantastic. Thanks so much. One comment if it-s ok. I never see or hear you breathe very much. I-m sure you do but it doesn-t seem obvious. I coach boxing and always emphasise with my students that I want to hear them all the time. Anyway it-s not a criticism- just an observation! Thanks again

How many times, per week, should someone, practice these exercises? Also, how many of these exercises, should someone add at his/her schedule and how many reps or sets? Is it safe to exercise every day? Or after an ab training day, should follow a rest day? Thanks.

Holding my head up for crunches messes up my C4-7 as they're a little crunched themselves. Is it cheating to put a towel under my neck for support? Or, can I do the same exercises from a bench holding the legs with my head on the bench?

How do get you lower spine to stay down whilst doing abs
I am one of those who duck walk
and forward my hip
I am starting to concentrate to put my spine in the middle

Looks brutal. I'll try a few in the gym today. I don't have those sliding things at my gym and the floor is tacky. I need something with wheels I think.

Too many diff ones to keep track have to stop the vid and do two at a time such a hassle to stay motivated while trying to learn each one

Do you want an arch in your lower back when doing ab workouts or do you actively push your lower back to be in contact with the ground?

I love my Swiss ball atm. I don't know why I put off using it. Takes up a bit of space though. And only use the one at the gym haha
