I'm learning so much from you Cori. I love the way in which you deliver the science, the modification for beginners, such as me, and inspire to try our best.
I am gaining some upper body strength ever so slowly with modified push ups, but seing these are really motivating. Everything comes. Thanks once again!

I wish she would make some 30-45 min routines for people (like myself) who need motivation of an instructor

Keep it up Cori these moves are great specially for home in the lock down here in Barbados, plyometric split squat is one of my favourites
