Day 9 of Beginners Calendar 2. 0 (after doing the first calendar. This is still hard as hell xD I think I might have done this video 5 times. The first time I had to stop like 20 times. This time I never stopped during the first part and I stopped only 5 times during the second part to let my legs rest a little. When I got up my legs were shaking and an hour later my abs are still burning xD

I love Cassie's videos, I am on beginner's day 8 but this one is really not my favourite. I prefer more coordinated, more repetitive exercises, and I somehow feel that while she is trying to think of a world and I am trying to keep my posture, I am a bit confused as to what is really going on, I get lost, I don't feel the movements as I usually feel them, etc.

I dread this workout as much as the next person. I decided to challenge myself to do this video on my rest days to get stronger and attempt to do this workout in the way Cassey is showing us. While I still am using modifications for this, I feel myself lasting longer and working towards doing this in full.

I did this on day 2 of the beginners calendar and could barely do anything but now I'm doing it on day 12 and I managed to follow almost all the way, I only had to stop when she couldn't think of a food but then picked it up again for the next letter. I didn't think I would ever be able to do that on day 2

I get through the alphabet with my arms on my right and Cassey is is on D same thing with my legs. I get myself in the zone and wind up trying to figure out y Cassey doing and for the record not everyone likes pizza I don't eat it and neither does Chloe Lukaski the stuff is gross

Day 19 of the beginner's calendar and the first video is complete. This was hell, my abs were in pain and I was frustrated when Cassey couldn't think of a food item since it prevented us from moving on to the next letter. This video sure did work my abs.

I know this is an old video, but I had to turn it off because I really did not like the YOLO foods. I was working out in the same room as my 12 year old daughter and was worried that this was just going to promote bad body image and disordered eating.

i finally did this without stopping! well maybe i did mini breaks when cassey was rambling, but i did every rep without putting my feet down. at first, i couldn't get through this at all, so i'm very happy and proud! you can do this too!

2017. Day 23 of the beginners calendar. This ABC abs exercise had to be done after an HOUR of HARDCORE workout. Hardest day of the calendar so far. Not cool girl. not cool. :'( yes, I really did cry after finishing day 23 - lol
