Love this workout! Feels SO GOOD! Great for Posture and balance as well! I am a 49 year old woman and have really noticed my balance has been off. I have been doing POP pilates for 5 days and I already notice an improvement. AND improving our posture brings confidence, makes everyone look more attractive and is a great mood boost - ever see anyone sulking with upright posture! Thank You girl!

I think this had to be one of my least favorite workouts because the instructions were so weirdly complicated and there was so many different body parts that needed to be straight/stretched out/squeezed or tensed that I was focused on keeping my form in other parts of my body that I couldn't really focus or feel my oblique muscles. :/

This whole vid is a complete frustration for me! Not because I'm a beginner. but because all of the love handle vids don't work for me! I cant get the form of the exercises right even if I try very hard. I mean I've done 2 complete calendars already.
I hat love handle workouts.

I hate doing obliques because when I do the workouts I'm like hmm why is everything except my obliques hurting? and then the next two days I'm so moody and like ignoring everyone and crawling because it hurts so badddd

I'm so happy to see a video that you use weights in. I'm considering replacing your arm days with other videos because all you do is the same circle arms and pulses and don't use weights. It's not working for me

Found this sooooo hard on my arms and not very hard on anything else! Guess that's what comes with naturally weak arms: s at one of the rainbows I even dropped the weight on the floor! Left a huge dent too ):

Some people are different in the way they have to move to feel the burn twist and turn just a little till you feel it in the right spot. I have to turn a little more because I have a long torso.

Don't like this one. Felt my legs, my butt, my shoulders but not my obliques! Wanted to quit half way through and turn on a video that actualy works my sides but finished it to work the other parts

I made it throu but I confused during that first move plus I was using a video cassette case( holds about 6 vhs) so that last move was a little tricky for me. Next time I'll find something else
