Your perfect Disney princess workout because you've got to Train Like a BEAST to Look Like a BEAUTY! Get your tank here Brea: I have an important question (well, important imo): My butt (tail) bone rubs against the floor a lot during most of these moves and it hurts a LOT - to the point that I have to skip some of the exercises. I even sit on top of a yoga mat during my workouts. My question is how do I prevent this? I feel like such a failure not being able to do some of these moves just cause of that bone. ._.

Just finished day one of the October workout calendar and my legs got so tired doing the moves that I feel like my abs didn't get a good workout. My abs were strong enough to keep going but I just couldn't lift my legs, anyone else have this problem? Does it just mean I'll get better as my leg strength improves? I thought that as a runner my legs would be stronger but I guess not!

Is it just me or am I the only one who wasn't able to do this workout properly? It was hurting so I had to give my body some support. Am I the only one whose abs are only hurting during the workout but not after? Is it a good sign that I'm feeling sleepy after a workout? I didn't feel anything in my abs afterwards. Please give some tips

Rocktober Day 1 finished! :D I haven't done pilates for while, so I'm only just getting back. My quads weren't able to function during this last video, but I gave it my best. Hopefully I'll go back to feeling more capable and being able to complete all the moves by the end of this month.

Okay, I once said that your food baby workout was your hardest one. I lied. That might be your hardest CARDIO workout, but this is definitely your hardest pilates video. I had to stop like a billion times during each exercise and I felt like I was hardly accomplishing anything at all: (

I adored this workout so so much Beauty and the Beast has always been my favorite movie I was always In awe and amazed how much she adores books as much as I always have my biggest dream even to this very day is to have that huge big library the beast owns I would make it my room

dear Cassey, this is one of those workouts I regularly go back to! Not only because it is high intensity, but also and so much more because there is a story behind it. It feels so good to be a heroine! I'm so much waiting for a new story from you: -)

Awww I would love uou for ever and ever if you could do a princess Jasmine themed workout. I love Aladdin! And this was super cute, fun, and motivates me to move my butt! _ I think you should really do A full princess inspired workout!

Cassey, you make such a beautiful Belle! And this was by far my favorite of your workouts. But I definitely struggled with the hollow rocks. I'm already noticing how much stronger my abs are, even though it's only day 4 of #MOVEmber!

Snow White and Rapunzel are my favorite Disney princesses of all time. Ariel and Pocahontas coming right behind those too. Well Mulan is not excatly a princess but absolutely amazing! MORE FAIRYTALE WORKOUTS!
