Time to challenge your body with some new moves to get you ready for the 12-week New Body Makeover Challenge! Get your journal and meal plan earthbynd: Advice to those who have a hard time holding themselves up with their wrists (due to arthritis or other conditions): the best thing to do is create your own modification, maybe doing side plank crunches on your forearm to get an arm and oblique workout. If you are struggling because you're not strong enough, keep trying but don't push yourself towards injury. If none of these tips work, then replace this workout on the calendar with another total body one that is doable for you. If you can't find one, perhaps you need to start with the beginners calendar to build strength.

Everyone is saying that they dont like this workout, because their wrists hurt, and Im sorry they do, but mine dont just dont take it out in Cassey because your wrists are hurting, it isnt her fault. Maybe you can strengthen your wrists by doing planks, or even writing! Writing is a great wrist workout, I love to write a TON and it always leaves my wrists sore so maybe thats why my wrists dont hurt. Anyways, I thank you Cassey for this awesome workout!

Dear Future Grass, this is my first time doing this video. I don't mind it, it's really good for total body. But the first move hurts my feet! It's also a little complicated but doable. I'm not a fan of the first move but it's fine. The rest of the video isn't easy but is much more likable.

Hey Cassie! Can you make some videos that dont require any planks or anything thats hard on the wrists? I have to wear a brace sometimes, but I still want to be able to work out my shoulders, abs, and obliques.

that first move AHH is so hard! My shoulders and my arm and hands start to hurt and my form deteriorates ahhhh! It is better to take a break in the middle of that move and catch your breath than let your form deteriorate! So take a break when you need to; )

Yea after yesterday's work out, these first moves are a no go for my wrists even after making a fist instead, I think it pained me more than having it flat on the mat. I got through all the other moves pretty well though! Day 2 of doing all the videos!

I think this is the only workout of Cassey's that seems to be really universally disliked, particularly the first insane move that goes on for half the freaking workout and destroys everyone's wrists. Yet it shows up on the calendar EVERY MONTH

I literally just skip the first move, as I can't do it properly, and do like max. 5 push-ups, as I had some serious issue with my wrist some time ago. Maybe it'll be better if I simply replace this video with something else: D

The only way I can almost get through the first move is to alternate sides each time. Otherwise it's too painful for my wrist in the supporting arm can anyone other than Cassey actually do it exactly as she does? Lol

Cassey, please give some modifications for moves like the first one for people with hurting wrists. It's really discouraging to not be able to do the moves because of joint issues and not weak muscles
