I'm really confused about Cassey's eating style. Can someone explain it to me? I love watching her recipe videos because they're fun and creative but I can't get a handle on her healthy eating strategy. On one hand her foods are super low carb and high fat and high protein, but then this video is super high carb and low fat. While, in my mind, there's no denying that fruits are great for you, I just don't get how this plays into her other dietary messages. Help?

Hi cassey please please help me! Not only have I been doing your videos at least 5x a day every day, but I have also been counting calories. Although lately people have been telling me that counting calories actually doesn't work and it actually makes you gain weight instead? which is the right answer to this debate? I'd just like to be certain again Love youu!

Can somebody help me? I need a sugar stubstitute but bananas, dates and apple sauce just doesn't taste right for me. Stevia would work but people tell me it's really bad for my health. What about honey or agave? I also read bad stuff about that. Everybody has different opinions and I don't really know what to believe

Amazing smoothies! I have been into smoothie for a while, but only just getting into the beauty bowl side of it, OMG that Dragon-fruit one looks amazing! BUT do you think I could use a fresh dragon-fruit, and just chop it and chuck it in? And just a question but do you sell those spoons that say Eat clean on them? :D

Not sure if you'll see this, but I was wondering about the amount of servings each of these recipes make. For the digestion smoothie bowl, it says it's 331 calories, but I did the math and the calorie count I got was over 550. Does that mean it makes two servings?

For a thick smoothie bowl consistency, you have to add a few pieces of chopped frozen banana before you add anything else. The more u put=the creamier the consistency. 5-6 or the amount of a small banana are what you should aim for.

I did this, and it did not turn out looking as amazing as yours did, but definitely really yummy just not sure on the avocado not really my thing didn't really like it with the avocado, did it again without it and it was yummy!

Is there anything I can use to replace the frozen papaya pack in the first one. Also in the second is there anything I can can replace the avocado with since I an not a big fan.

My blender isn't as strong as your blender and I always have to soften my frozen berries in the microwave before I put them in the blender. Do you know what I could do?
