Thank you Cassey for all your amazing workout videos! Im such a loyal fan, I dont even watch anyone elses videos. Lol. This one in particular is my favorite. Ive been watching and doing it on average once a week for the past couple years. If it becomes too easy I add resistance bands. Anyways just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate you!
Recently though an ad is now in the middle of this workout. It messes up the timing. Any idea if anything can be done to make it go away?

I feel like all the sweat that comes out of your body is like an second shower before the real shower comes. You crazy girl Cassey but I love all the work you put into every single video. And I get mad that I scream at you sometimes when its just too much.

I still cannot do this standing. It hurts my lower back SO BAD. I have to do it on all fours I also don't feel my butt whatsoever on the last move, only my quads. I'm not moving up and down, am I doing something else wrong?

July 9th drenched in sweat and booty on fire! First workout recovering from a cold. Lots of modifications but made it through. Thank you Cassey for making us so strong and keeping us motivated.

Everyone speaks of back pain, but does anyone get pain in the standing foot? I suspect that the arches in my feet have collapsed, so it is very painful to stand on one foot for a long time.

I love these workouts! I am a stay at home mom and these short videos are so doable in between nap time, quiet time etc and I feel accomplished, strong and has more energy for my kiddos!

If this hurts your lower back try doing it on all fours. I hurt my lower back doing a butt workout like this a couple of months back and it still bothers me
