Tricep Pushup ArwenStarsong: this workout really worked! but i found my elbows clicking a lot of the time. i have double jointed elbows, so doing arm exercises sometimes makes me crack or hyperextend. is there a way to work around this?

Hi Cassey, I'm still following your videos 3 years later, could you do some dancing/ballets/hip-hop inspired workouts, that could really help to have motivation (and work special parts of the arms, even if your smile and encouragement is really amazing enough and made you one of my favourite coaches online! I just think it could be fun to have dancing types workouts, but overall thank you for your positivity and personnality! :)

Idk if it's a wild video concept, but it's one you might do for us. How abt a breathing one? I know that sounds dumb, but I mean, one that shows how much breathing the right way when you workout makes a difference. Just an idea. I love all your workouts! I'm on the 2020 one now, and you know, I have no clue what I want for the new year! just want my family and myself to be healthy and happy! ok, back to the workout! Thx Cassey! xoxoJJ

Eh this workout is too easy. I would consider this a workout for beginners only. If your fat diet cardio and stopping alcohol is the only thing that works. Painful hard weight training is the only way. If you aint goin hard and painful your wasting your time to be honest. You get used to it after awhile and start to enjoy the pain!

Idea for Cassey: you there are a few of us girls who have a good strong body. but our collar bones are not very genetically prominent!
I am one of those girls who has medium fat in body. I. Considerably fit. but my collar bone is not visible! I have always wanted to show that off!
Please make a video for that!

Pushups are really hard for me because my arms arent the strongest but I think if I just stick to your calendar I hope I can do so many push-ups! Does anyone have a workout suggestion for me that can help my arms get stronger for pushups? (Regular and tricep pushups)

I did these and yes I felt the burn but at the same time will D's make my triceps get bigger and bigger and bigger and why did you just do one round you should have did like 2 or 3 sets I just followed your routine and did what you did

Triceps are always the hardest thing for me to work out. All those tricep dips always hurt my wrists. But these workout are quick and fun and you definitely feel the burn! I cant wait to master the tricep push-up

I'm so glad she add that it's ok I we couldn't get lower cause my triceps are so undeveloped. In glad Cassey is always remind us it's ok if we take our time as long as we work hard

I would like to see a video to work out on the parts that are just right under our armpits/the sides of our breasts to keep our breasts from sagging when we get older. Thanks.
