Girl, I said at the end that was it? It went by so fast and I am so happy that was IT! This is my second video by Cassie and I love her so much already lol! The energy, her comments, the way she really tells me to not give up and I don't! I can't wait to go back to this and have it eventually become an easy workout.

I like this arm workout the best bc as of right now I have very bony arms and all the other arm workouts were way to hard for me and I couldn't get through any of them just bc of how weak they are. But I like this one because it isn't too hard, but it still really challenges me

If I can give you all some damn advice: WALK while doing this. Walk through the whole room, through the yard, through the kitchen. It takes away the attention from the pain. If you got a partner he will look funny at you anyway: ') he did. No space? Walk in circles!

I've been doing a different blogilates arm workout video for 4 days now and this is my first time trying this one. Unlike the 4 other days, I finished this one without taking any breaks (I was about to, those prayer pulses kick my ass everytime. Practice makes perfect!

I usually don't comment, but the workout with the first song was really beautiful, i felt like i was dancing and really liked the song. Even though it's just the first day of the second week of the beginner calendar, I think I'll repeat just to dance a little more

started doing a ton of workouts for quarantine and these arm workouts are GREAT! I usually never focus on my arms and they get forgotten about while working out so thank you for making these isolated area workouts. You are my savior during lockdown!

When your arms hurt as much as your abs hurt when you do ab workouts and you quit on abs but get all the way through arms you know something is going wrong. Why can't abs be as easy as arms to get trough?

Lol I did this right now and my dog was like i want to help! He brought his tuggy toy and helped me. Let me tell u playing tuggawar with ur husky is hard while lifting ur arms over ur head lmao

Thank you for sharing your beautiful work outs. I am 50 years old and I dont like to use free weights. And I came across your videos and I am hooked for all the different body parts workout.

This is really helpful, I just fell off a horse at my riding lesson (I'm okay) so I was looking for an alternative for my usual workout and this seems like it will be perfect: )
