For the whole of the ab series, my cat was lying on her back right across my mat, just beyond my butt. It was disconcerting seeing her staring at me but it meant I couldn't cheat and rest my legs down at any point! When it finished and Cassey said, 'Give yourselves a round of applause', she miaowed!

During roll ups, there is hollow created in my back. it then hurts to come back down again. I was able to do a little while ago and couldn't feel any hollow in my back. But dk why its happening now.

did this right after my ballet class for some burnout, very much what i needed after a stressful day. also, i am in love with the aesthetic of doing my pilates in my ballet gear haha

October 2020. Since I feel like we JUST did this one, I decided to try this other total body vid instead. Called The Best Body Slimming Workout POP Pilates Top Hits. Loved it!

I just started working out today after taking a really long break. It is definitely hard and I lost a lot of strength, but glad I stated again and gosh I miss the burn

I did 2 videos of tomorrow calendar today before I figured out I skipped ahead lol. So I'm doing 2 of today's and to the 12 minutes to burn fat tomorrow

Every time this video pops up in a calendar and I have to listen to Cassey say that the colors she's pointing at are pink and blue, some part of me dies

Still one of my favourites! I love to do this when I don't feel in the mood to work out. 100% after doing this I'll continue working out with a fun boost: )

This is tough! But fun: ) if you finish youre a beast! Even if you took breaks or used modifications! This is craziness in the best way!
