I've been wanting to do a gym hairstyles video FOREVER. Finally, I got together with my friend and celebrity hair and makeup artist Tiffany Lee (beautystylelist) and asked her to show you 3 quick and easy hairstyles that you can wear to work out! They are secure, stay in place, and they look GOOD! Plus, they really aren't difficult, so you'll be ok! Today's theme is topsy tails. Check out Tiffany! YouTube: IG: beautystylelist

None of these hairstyles would be secure enough on my hurrr but I wouldn't bother recreating the Yoga Goddess hairstyle. That one is so cute and elegant, it's my favorite one by far although I loved all of them. You definitely should do more hair tutorials. Especially for us girls who only do a (messy) bun and/or don't our hair untied so that thy don't get sweaty.
P. S.: Do any of you guys know if we're gonna have a new workout for today? Cassey usually posts a new video on Sundays but she didn't except for this one.

My favorite is the first one, because it looks so much like a French braid, but without the fuss. Now, I wish I hadn't cut my hair to my shoulders. Gotta wait a couple years now before it's long enough for this stuff! XD For people who are like, Who would do these just to workout, they'd be good for if you had plans after and didn't have time to shower/do your hair. Or the opposite: You do the hairstyle for work/school/whatever, and then it's already up for when you go to the gym afterwards.

Cassey, I love your videos, but I am hard of hearing. Could you add captions? Especially your workout videos; I always have to watch for when you stop or change since there aren't any captions. I am sure I am not the only hard of hearing popster out here: ) Thanks!

OMG! I think the first style is going to be my go to style for every day now: D My hair is really soft so I have a hard time keeping a nice pony tail because the hairband keeps sliding off, but with the first style it's not going anywhere! yasssss \o/

Cassie, I just wanted to say. THANK YOU! I just found a fitness club close by and my nearly butt length hair keeps getting in the way. I think a Dollar Tree trip is in my future for tomorrow before my PiYo and Pound classes this week.

Loved these hairstyles! All so easy and great for both working out and everyday! Thanks Cassey! You are honestly one of my biggest inspirations! Your so inspiring and positive. I couldn't do Pilates without you! xoxox

Thank you Tiffany and Cassey. Having a bit of a bad hair day and after several attempts of trying to do a french braid and failing miserably, I did the Cardio Queen in one attempt! Feeling much better! Thank you x

HEY CASSEY! I was looking at your old videos about fat shaming and your story. And I just want to say that you look great! And the people commenting negatively about your body are probably jealous and obese.

Cassey, you have saved my life with the first style! Finaly I can wear a ponytail to dance class without it whipping me in the fave mid pirouette! Us thick and curly haired girlies thank you!

I love these but I feel like the second one wouldn't stay whilst working out, especially my hair, bobby pins do not want to stay in my hair because it's too soft so they always fall out: (
