Guys, gonna do this workout for 14 days straight and will tell you if it actually works
Day 1: honestly, it was extremely difficult for me. Ive been doing lots of abs and lower abs workouts but this one is definitely a killer, at the same time I really enjoyed it.
Day 2: yees, I did it again, and it was hard again haha!
Day 3: did it again, see some little definitions!
Day 4: took a break
Day 5: Im back! It wasnt that hard this time!
Day 6: guys, it becomes easier with each time you do it, wow! And I see some difference.
Day 7: wow guys Im actually surprised that I havent stopped doing the same workout yet. Gotta keep it up!

writing this for myself and anyone else who can relate!
weight 68 height 5'7
weight goal 59
stomach inches - don't even wanna know but goals is 29.
day 1: couldn't even do the last one but still got through most of them. my thighs weren't sore (Chloe ting makes them sore for me)
day 2: did all of them and also the last one. feeling a bit proud. little soreness in my legs but that's because I'm also doing Chloe ting standing abs workout.
day 3, 4, 5 was rest because legs were super sore.
day 6: skipped a few seconds but done.

Here we go!
Day 1: I could really feel the burn in my lower belly area, I couldnt get through the last exercise because my shoulder started to hurt but Ill try again tomorrow!
Day 2: Back again! Today was slightly easier, I was able to all the workouts with slight breaks.

I'm 69 years old, & I've had a pooch for 20 years! At this late age after being sick of it, I decided to try & get rid of it. As you said, the older you get the harder it gets I've been doing these exercises for 1 month, changed my diet & slowly I'm seeing results. THANK YOU! Keep up the good work.

Day1)Did the first day with a bit of difficulty! (Cant bend my legs straight when stretching in the air, they look like a < shape but Im gonna try get them to a ( shape! wish me luck!
Day2)Still pretty hard, but managed to get my legs straight for one of the exercises! Dont give up hun xx.

I did this workout for a week and I still feel fat my whole family and other people said that I lost a lot weight like I saws my lower belly fat smaller so this works just dont give up, keep pushing yourself if you want your dream body even tho its hard but still keep pushing yourself

hey Cassey! i love you and your videos so much, and i have always been looking for an ab workout that actually works, and looking at the comments seems like i found one (: i just have one question: will it also work with like a balanced diet or like what happens if i eat much?

Today is my first day doing this and let me tell you, my tummy was BURNING SO MUCH OMG I thought I was just gonna collapse but I kept going! It went by so fast I was shocked when you said were finished! I definitely recommend this: )
