Knee injuries. They happen. So many of you are looking for a knee-friendly workout that still makes you break a sweat, so I made this PIIT (Pilates Intense Interval Training) workout that is super intense on everything BUT the knees! Remember to play this video four times for a total workout! 45 sec on, 15 sec off. I am using the PIIT Pocket App and the timer to create this workout! 1. Plank punches 2. Pushing grasshopper 3. I don't know why but when I get up after this whole workout, round 1, I feel a headache coming on. This is the 2nd time I did this workout, and it happened again. Did anyone felt the same? Or is it just me. Don't get me wrong, I looove this specific workout. It just felt weird that I get a headache afterwards.

You are awesome Cassey! This totally killed me but I really enjoyed it. I tore my PCL in January and this is the first workout I've found where I don't feel pain in my knee or hear any scary popping sounds. Thank you so much for helping me find a little confidence again!

My knees are messed up. I need to loose weight in my thighs calf's and legs. Lower stomach and lower back. But yet can't do anything like squats or jumping squats, or even running or jogging when my knees are seizing up

I would love for work out that is not only knee friendly but friendly too scoliosis and shoulder and pelvic obliquity.
With those leg circles I just end up dislocating my hip.

I LOVE THISSS, I was about to request it till I saw this: ) I had ACL surgery last February and cant do some of the hardcore moves like I used too Im working my way backkkk

Thank you for this Cassey! Would LOVE love love more knee friendly cardio - it's so hard to find something that is effective and fun (aka not boring aerobics or dance cardio.

Ive been doing insanity lately, until a couple days ago when I hurt my knee. Now that Im back to Casey since almost a year ago Im feeling nostalgic. Great times!
