Let me just say this. after working out daily for several months and really seeing and feeling wonderful results. I did not work out for over 7 days and my hamstrings were SO tight and MISERABLE. I was in pain. Couldn't really move too well. Bending over or lifting. forget it. I knew my body was like, Get in there and workout, dummy! so I did and its like a huge relief. This only further proves what I've known since I was in my teens, A body in motion will stay in motion. thank god for the gift of being able to take care of myself.

This video is day 10 of the new blogilates beginner calendar. I missed yesterday because I was feeling so terrible; I decided to do this video after I did the cardio videos for day 11. I am exhausted but still trying. Don't feel bad for taking rests during the exercises. Don't be hard on yourself for being weak. We all start weak. Even Cassey, when she first started her pilates journey more than a decade ago! Be kind to yourself. Suck at this video. Then do it again a month later and see your progress. Keep trying!

I'm a total beginner and I always hated doing workouts. I was always so focused on results and doing workouts videos that would help me lose as many inches as possible in 7days. But now i'm trying to work out just for me, to get stronger, happier and healthier. During this workout I was actually smiling and enjoying it and these 15 min just flew by. So thank you for my first fun workout ever and I can't wait to build my way up to level 3: )

I started my fitness journey with Blogilates. She really helped me through some tough times and helped me achieve the fitness that I only dreamt of till then. But I fell off the wagon due to some life changes and gained it all back. I tried many other fitness instructors too. They are all good but I feel the best with Cassey. It was like coming back home after a long time.

I love how long Cassey has been doing these work out videos and is still so cheerful and she goes the extra mile providing us her workout calendars. She's the only fitness trainer I still regularly follow because of her personality and her intense workouts. Beginner or not, you will always feel the burn!

So I'm doing the 21 day 2021 challenge, and on that calendar it tells you to do level 3. urm yh I lasted 3 minutes on that. so decided perhaps I should do the beginner one. I could barely get through this. but I did it. now Im scared about the rest of the workouts on that calendar!

Loving this video and the new beginners' calendar, Cassey! Question--do you recommend starting on your weaker side or your stronger side? Nothing like discovering that the left cheek is weaker. xP

This has got to be my most favourite workouts yet. It was the perfect level for me. Beginner, yet still challenging enough to feel it! I also love how you take the time to explain and make sure our form is on point. You are truly an inspiration!
