Denis: Thank you, I asked a young trainer at the fitness, he was looking at me confused having no idea what getting stronger means. I knew doing low reps high weights helps with strength gain, high reps helps with having strength later on when you are tired like in later rounds in boxing, but I thought that explosive training helps only with that, being explosive in the beginning.

I have to say Chris you look very young I wouldn't have thought you were 20 years old so what is your skincare routine maybe you could share that with us in a blog

If I get strong I can finnaly beat bullies up. If someone gets bullied I can stop them. Maybe I'll choose to beat up high schoolers.

I need to get back into serious training again I miss my 135lbs body with muscle strength the only thing I don't like doing is sit-ups
