Love your exercises. I used to just focus on just bench press, arm curls, chin-ups and the like, but now I realize those are localized leave many parts of my body weak. I really think these videos will help me be stronger in a much more practical way.

Hey Zuzana, can u make a 4 min upper back workout video please? Also if u can do something for strengthening knees and neck. Having problems with pain or moving those areas, I have scoliosis.

Thank you so much for these exercises! I was just thinking about needing to workout my back. It really does helps me with my muscles spasms. The stronger my back is the less I tend to have them. Thank you again! :)
