Hi Chris Heria. I just recently started calisthenics and have downloaded your app and been following your program. However I have ended up with an impinged shoulder from doing too many pullups. I went to the physio and she has band me from pullups for the next few weeks. I am allowed to do pushups and Aussie rows. Have you ever dealt, or do you know of people who have experienced this stuff, and how did you (they) work through it? I really want to get into this. Thanks Andy

For pull up workouts, do i need to go chest to bar for every rep? I really struggle with chest to bar pull ups, but i can do 15-20 strict pull ups with chin going well over the bar (i feel like they are all done with really good form) im just wondering if that extra couple inches makes THAT much of a difference and if i should only do chest high pull ups, or if i should just keep them for muscleup/explosiveness training

CHANGE YOUR ROUTINE
Even if you-re a creature of habit, repeating the same exercises over and over can become monotonous. To avoid boredom, try re-arranging their order or substituting alternatives-an incline bench press, for example, instead of a flat bench. By switching things up, you-ll keep both your body and mind invested in the activity. (And you can always return to your regular routine later)

Practice doesn't make perfect, only perfect practice make it perfect. The same words that told me (and that where said by a legendary violinist) my violin teacher. If we practice the wrong way, we are going to master the mistakes instead of doing it right.

I used to do 15 pull ups max, but then I had no training for a month, did only 7 pull ups. But the thing is, I did a new record of muscle ups when I started to train again (7. In my opinion it's about the technique of how you pull yourself up.

When I saw him putting the weighed vest I was like -ok I have one of those too, can try it- but then I saw him adding an extra enormous weight around his hips then I said nevermind

I can do a really bad muscle up like using a lot of momentum so I am trying to do a perfect one without swinging at all this should really help to do a proper muscle up

Those exercises are much harder than a muscle up. So real question is how many muscle ups you need to be able to do for this program
