Big thank you Chris. This workout is amazing and so effective for me. I-ll add that I had to use multiple levels of elevation at first to progress to the floor. I-m 6ft and started with a table about the height of my waist and then moved to an ottoman and after a few months made it to the floor. My chest has never felt such a pump. I mix this up every few weeks with a free weight or dumbbell session to keep shocking my body like you always suggest.

This workout is super effective! Watch till the end! Don-t let anyone tell you that you can-t get a solid workout in a short amount of time! Most people working out in the gym waste mad time in between reps, walking to the water fountain, talking to their friends, or just sitting there on their phone! Remember it-s not how long you-re spending in the gym, it-s how HARD you-re training in the gym, or even right from home! Thanks for watching!

5: 13 push-ups side to side 45 sec-
6: 15 diamond ti regular push-ups 45 sec-

8: 23 slow push-ups 45 sec-

And guys don't know if this might help but if u are not able to do these exercises try doing the eccentric part or then on the element surface like i did eccentric on the Archer one

I don't know why but when I finish this workout I feel my chest paining which is expected but my front deltoids pain like hell. Any idea why?

shit this was my first time follwing yours routine. shit i made it through but i took 40-50 sec break feels like been through hell.

Guys I need some help I can-t do the type writer push up I can-t stand even in this position how he make it and I need tips to do it

I did this for one round, almost killed me, even in very negative form. One step a time, we-ll get there.
