I have been training with my own weight for quit some time, but haven't progressed much(Big 6 of exercises is a great system, i still beliv in it but)untill my friend recommended your chanel.
Now i have both technics and motivation to break from plato i was stucked to for quit some time.
You reminded me about strong mindset of growing, achiving, and moving forward.
Maybe i cant move just by the straight line, i have bad days and days worser, but i still push forward with everyday trainings, and moving in my spiral, day by day)
So, thank you a lot Chris, now i have enought strength to advance.

Awesome videos Chris! I am not that trained yet to do these advanced exercises but I am trying as hard as I can to achieve the strength needed in order to complete even 1 rep of them-
Right now my goal is to achieve the 90 degree push up, which is one of my favourite exercises --

I'm a -beginner- and you're a source of motivation for me. I want to master my body and recover all my muscles I lost during my depression. just finish my second rep atm and I overexcited to continue!

I do 20-21 pull-ups, pull-over, ollie (180, sometimes I can muscle-up, but it breaks my joints. Also I started explosive sit-ups with jumps.
Make a video how to keep joints from injuring.

I have parallel bars for 3 weeks since the lockdowns closed the gyms here. trying to get to this level. but man its tougher than it looks!

you got amazing body n tatoos but if you want markerting apparel you should wear them so we can saw them and got intersting to buy.

I-m starting calisthenics, i find it really exciting. Always there is something different to do. Let-s see how it goes-

Pistol squats are the easiest exercise from the list, i can do hundred of them, but can t do 90 degree pushups
