10 min beginner ab workout (no equipment bodyweight workout) - Fraser Wilson chrismne92: I use his ''10 min workout for perfect abs'' video for 3 weeks already and now thinking shall I swtich to this one. Im doing exercises 4 times in a week with one day pause and after 3 weeks of doing it (I stareted at the end of march) I see some progress. Now I'm bit confused shall I stop with that video and use this one or maybe to combine the exercises from both.

I-ve been doing this for 6 days and I have seen some changes but after day 6 I feel like I-m not going anywhere any more? It doesn-t feel like I-m progressing anymore. What do I do?

What are the food plans and how I want to work out in a day is this 10 minute daily for 2 or 3 months will give me a good abs

Can you perhaps link this workout plan to your own no equipment workouts or make workout vids that fits perfect in your plan?
