10 min high intensity workout (burn lots of calories - hiit) - Fraser Wilson ---: Guys here, I please need your help. I-ve been doing your workouts for about 3 months (mainly abs in different versions, 4 days a week. 2 days exercise, 1 rest day, 2 days exercise and another 2 rest days) But I feel like my belly still hasn-t changed or even got a little bit more fat (literally only soft fat tissue. I-ve been eating a little more than usual but the extra was basically only in form of protein based things like protein puddings. I feel a bit frustrated to do workout so often consistently for over 3 months and not noticing any positive effect, if so actually more negative. Do you guys have any advice or tip for me? Thanks so much in advance -

Thanks for this workout man, it's very effective. Just need one suggestion, what excercise I can do instead of KNEE DOUBLE JUMP. I am trying to do this one but it is very difficult for me, feels like I will fall on the face -

bro good workout but please man, show us the next workout in the corner ten seconds or so before it starts so we don-t have to waste the first ten seconds of the set just getting into position.

Nice workout with proper breaks. Suggestion would be put -up next- workout 5sec. before so we can be ready. And the 3 secs count down timer soumd would be great too.

how many calories can I burn doing this training? I want to excuse myself for eating Double cheesburger after sesion. Peace
