Personally, I followed meal plan from website called Dietarize, and after 3 weeks I lost a lot of body-fat, and I got six pack: D they also provide you and home workout plan, grocery lists. I tried a lot of diets like keto diet, low-carb, low-fat but only this balanced diet works for me.

How often should we perform workout for ABS? Base on muscle recovery stage 36-48hrs I guess every 2nd day, but why do many experience guys says to do 5 days a week or every day? Please explain on this subject Fraser-

i trained like crazy 6 months ago and i could do 120 pushups in 2 minutes i never tried the max of it but still do you think that i will be able to return that strenght with proper diet this time?
