For me it helped to have a /gym buddy/accountability buddy to be there with me.
If you are someone who struggles to get used to new environments, it worked going to the gym at times that very few people would be there (if you can) and get used to the space first.

Fraser. Hai dude. Im a big fan of you. From india.
I started watching your vides from last year january. I was over weighted at that time. Because of your workouts i lost 15 kgs and my height incresed from 169cm to 176cm. But there's a problem. Im now 16 years old. And my weight is 59kgs.
Can you please tell me whats the accurate weight for a 16 year old boy. Because of my skinny body. Im losing my confidence and courage.

Is 59kgs with 176cm good for a 16 year old (this is my height and weight-)
