In this lower body dumbbell workout I am using 30 lb dumbbells, but do what works for you or work with what you have. There are plenty of dumbbell alternatives around the house.
Take this lower body workout at your own pace. Focus on good form.
The format of this lower body workout: 3 rounds. 4 exercises each round. 3 sets each. 20 seconds work. 10 seconds rest. 20/10 tabata format.
