Moving to a smaller home where I wont have room for a large dumbbell rack anymore. Replaced the whole rack with this adjustable set. The handle diameter is a little bigger than my old dumbbells bestgym. equipment - I only really notice it when I do farmers walks with heavy weight. I do not have the stand but am considering that for the future. These work as expected.

Just started the chest workouts I followed from you and I already feel the burn even until now. Now this video is new for me and yeah it is very creative. Using a bench to increase the level of difficulty for home workouts is lit! Got to add this to my list. Nice going! Keep it up More power to the both of you!

Thank you for this video (and all of the other ones! I am also from Germany. Gyms have been closed since November and after alot of HIIT workouts, it is great to do some strength workouts with weights again.

This was an awesome workout bought a bench on amazon and found your workout I absolutely loved it. ladies if you cant do the pushups in it just do knees on mat and modified bench pushups.
