Another one two workout, really like the abs and other body part. My legs were shaking after this workout. The crab walk and then sumo pulses, well that is close to violating the 14 th amendment. I completed it thanks to your quick 20 second rest period. I like the way you push me to get the workout done. I completed it when I thought I was going to give up. Mentally and physically big win on a tough workout. Thank You!

The 45 minute length had me intimidated, but honestly the time went by surprisingly quickly! Knocking out a significant ab workout before diving into a half hour of legs really made it manageable, and you threw in those deadlifts and glute bridges at exactly the time when I needed a break from strictly legs. Great work as always!

Yo, this is the first workout I've ever done with you. BROSKI! Everything about this production was dope. I love how you prepped the move, had the count down, and most of all didn't TALK. The music was awesome. This was better than any Peloton workout.

DAMN! This excerise is insane. I could only do 24 minutes and Im feeeeling myself close to failure. Third day back in the gym and first time hitting legs and abs in a year. The path to where I used to be is gonna be a long one.
