I've never been this early here haha. Nice! I was using jump rope before to lose some weight but I gave up on thatHowever, given this pandemic, I observed that many are using jump rope as a means of burning fats and calories aside from using bodyweight for home workouts. I guess I should consider buying one again to improve and to try out some new stuff. Thank you for this again! You two are AMAZING!

Yes again a new video but now I am so much confused which workout I start first but I really love rope jumping do I definitely start this
And also now my school start so not too much time I give too workout so this is perfect
