Wow!
Dan, I LOVED this workout!
The dips were a little strenuous after the 3rd set. My shoulders were straining more than my abs, but switched it up quickly to crunches and finished them off.
Crunches, reverse crunches and frogs are some of my favorites to do.
I'll be hitting this one again tomorrow.

This is not great video compare to ur other ab workout. too much rest spoiled it. workout are very simple! Felt like wasted 24 min. give us hard ab workout we are pro now man

well the side plank was super intense. But 24mins for the set, it did not feel that much of a burning.
