I love your workouts, especially the pace! It would be helpful if we could see a side view of the move to make sure form is good- perhaps in the upper right corner of the screen if only briefly?

Another great workout these 12kg dumbbells feel 2x heavier. Thanks again, just through in a pyramid set of shrugs at the end
