While the exercises are sometimes hard for me. when the Song Catiso - Shut it down starts. miraculous i can do all exercises for 90 secs not only 45'!

18: 20 killed me. it made me happy, exhausted everything bcz I was thinking am I almost done. and the song played isn't it funny, thought it's over.
