STEEPEST LOG Ride DROP! Chiapas - BEST Themed Log Ride in ALL of Europe! Ancient Ruin Log Ride

Chiapas at Phantasialand is such a unique log flume and honestly one of the best we’ve ridden outside of a Disney park. The ride even goes backwards and has one of the steepest drops out there at 53, and the theming is seriously impressive the whole way through. There's even a rave inside the ride with lights and laser. Everything from the scenery to the music just works, and it ended up being one of our favorite log flume rides that isn’t Splash Mountain or Tiana’s Bayou Adventure. If you’re into amazing themed water rides with real thrills, Chiapas is a must. The first ride in this video is Talocan, an impressively themed suspended Top Spin ride with fire and water effects that make it even more intense and fun to watch. Ride filmed in 2021 at Phantasialand in Germany

You can tell that so much thought went into designing this. It looks great. It has a backwards drop and a disco! And I love that you see glimpses of some other logs on the ride. Fast lift hills! This sets the standard for all future log rides. I’d happily queue to ride this.

Ive been to PhantasiaLand (im from the US) and let me tell everyone if you ever get a chance to ride on something like that first little clip showed, DO IT. It was the most intense ride ive ever been on in my life. Still remember how it felt 18 years later.

Chiapas seems like an awesome ride, I really want to ride it.
Do they allow to film in the flumes like that or you had to get a permission beforehand I know it's required for their coasters, but idk about the non-coasters rides.

Ever notice that parks with water rides outside of the U. S. have not mastered the art of clean ride water. The water is always murky. With this log ride, the water is foamy. That's a new one. I wonder why this is

The best thing about Chiapas is the speed. Certainly one of the fastest moving log rides I've ever experienced, with amazingly quick transitions. And that final plunge!

A log flume where you don't constantly get banged around The transitions were magically smooth!
Doesn't look like you'll get completely soaked, either

The stunning view from the walkway above the aera is so beautiful! You could walk through the whole attraction and everywhere is something to see

Phantasialand seems to be such an amazing park. The theming is A. And this log ride is WOW. This is how to do a fun and wet log ride for sure!

Impressive! Not only does it have great theming and a steep drop, but it's also the first log ride I've seen that switches directions!

Looks fun! I really like the art and design of the sets around the rides too. You can really see the effort put in to them.

Great theming, good speed, and I love how the ride path is laid out. You make me wish I could take a park tour of Europe.
