If I'm not mistaken, it seems you use wrong videos to illustrate old quarter of Hanoi. This place doesnt have those yellow houses or colorful latterns, I think that video was recorded in Hoi An. Anyway, most of the content of your whole video is great, there is only a small mistake. Thank you for sharing the beauty of my country

If I, a Vietnamese, advise, I advise you Danang instead of Hue or Hoian because from Danang, a very beautiful & clean city, you can travel to Hoi An (or to Hue) within a day. And, I am gonna pick Nha Trang, in stead of Mui Ne. The another slot I will go for nothern cities like Ninh Binh or Sapa+HaGiang.
