Pensacola Travel Guide - A Gulf Coast Getaway Great video. lived out in Pensacola in 03 left right before Ivan and Dennis hit. Went back out in 2017 for about 20 months this time left right before Sally hit. Well, finally looking to pull the trigger on retirement or at least semi-retirement and finally making Pensacola my home. Hurricanes being the only draw back. But, there looks like a lot new things going on, the new bridge that ferry looks like fun. Cant wait. thx for a taste

i don't care about sugary sand as much as the water in a lot of places is tepid; not moving. it's the moving water that makes it enjoyable. I find the soft sand you are picking out of your suit the rest of your life, as opposed to course like on the Pacific. no matter. it's all about the water for me. Give me Clean, Blue, and moving. These vids by Tampa Aerial are top shelf by the way.

I been to Pensacola twice it is so worth going! I went shortly after a oil spill, it was doing so good even after just a few months! I loved visiting the shops and sitting on the beach with my family! I went to a baseball game in early 2022! It’s amazing so I recommend that you guys go there someday! Also the seashore/shoreline is gorgeous

Great video with one exception. Walking in the middle of railroad tracks. Never ever do that even if the track is no longer in use. You never know when a train or other railroad vehicle will be running. It is especially dangerous if someone has earbuds listening to music and there is a train coming behind you. You may never hear it.

I live here. At times I watch the Blue Angels as they practice from the commissary. White sand beaches, green emerald waters. The best aviation museum in the world, the Naval Aviation Museum. Hopefully the great naval officer corps will get over their problem and open the museum to the American people.

I was down there last summer about the same time as this video was taken. It's a beautiful area and the beaches are first rate. The sargassum was particularly bad last summer around that time, more so than I've ever seen it in that area before, but that didn't detract from its natural beauty.

Just woke up on Saturday morning and found out that you already did the re-upload. And this time I can hear your audio comments. Thanks a lot for all the time and effort you put in it!
Will enjoy it tonight when my kids are in bed.
Greetings and blessings from West-Germany

Besides the beach there is nothing to do in pensacola. It is very boring here and who would ever want to live in such a poor area. Pensacola is a bad place to live. There is way much crime for such a small town. Do not move here it will be the worst mistake of your life.

We went to Pensecola and camped at Fort Pickens for the first time this past May. The beach was one of the most beautiful I have ever been to and the Quartz Crystal sand was gorgeous. Can't wait to go back. Cute little town with excellent food.

Great video! I lived in Pensacola when I went to college there and it was amazing! Loved this town and the beaches! If you ever go back, Drowsy Poet Coffee and Bagelheads are a couple of my favorite places to go before hitting the beach!

What an amazing and informative video. Really appreciate you doing gulf shores and orange beach next week also as they are in my opinion true paradise to goto and enjoy! much love

It's grown a bit since I was stationed there. I see that they named the baseball field after Admiral Jack Fetterman; we had a couple of drinks at Trader Jon's back in the day.
reply

The yellow tint on the video really kills the beach sand. Not sure if you mentioned to look up the blue angles practice schedule. They do a flyby at the beach every time

Well done! Just moved to Pensacola from San Diego and I think Pensacola is one of the most underrated medium size cities in the United States.
