New York City is one of the world's most iconic destinations and I want to show you my favorite places to visit! Whether you're walking across the Brooklyn bridge or enjoying the views on the Staten Island Ferry, NYC has so many locations to visit.
I was lucky enough to live in New York for a summer and the city life quickly grew on me! Where is your favorite place in New York?
Alex: As a native New Yorker you made a decent tourist video. Very good! I would add the Highline, accessible in the Meat Packing District (it ends at the Vessel, It's wonderful garden built on an abandoned elevated railway. Underneath is the fantastic Whitney Art museum. Get classic NY Pizza at either Lombardi's on Spring St or John's on Bleaker St! The Metropolitan Museum is best Art museum in the world and I've been to the British Museum, the Louvre and the Prado in Spain and the Met is the best! Don't spend too much time in Times Square, us natives hate it and there are pickpockets there, so watch your step. There is the Empire State Building, which is worth a trip to the top but an even better view is the Top of the Rock, Rockefeller Center, where they broadcast Saturday Night Live. If you come to our city have fun, don't go to chain restaurants, go local, don't look up too much, you're attracting trouble and don't look the gangsters in the eye. Date: 2020-09-01
