Right now iv heard this guy ill tell you my experience in reality lol. i went to Montego bay for 2 weeks when arriving at the JA airport i was asked if i want some weed i said no and as soon as i got to my hotel i was asked again and got some i went to my room to see a set of rules in the table. one of the rules is not to leave the grounds were i was ( Not a chance was that happening) lol i asked a guy at reception were i can get some dub plates for ppl who does not know what i mean they are records you can not get here in the U, K England. So he called a Rasta man who he knew. He came and picked me next morning and hang out with me for a week he took me to Kingston he took me to 3 night clubs an gave me a bag full of weed that much i at to give a lot of it away before i left and i smoke a lot lol So i have a lot of respect for the ppl them lol i enjoyed it that much im going again in March 22 for 14 days and meeting up with him again i can not wait. And i can not describe what JA is like you after experience it by going and adventuring it yourself. Bless Up.

I have been there 8 times and did the all inclusive and stayed local in a persons home, never scared, never concerned, aware yes, and be awake, and never go to trouble areas, was in a straw market in Negril and what they call a rude boy, he wanted me to change my money with him I refused, he threatened me with a knife, I advised him not to try, and walked away, unknown to me some one called the police, the local police doesent take kindly to people threatening the economy, and they beat the living heck out of him and than off to jail.
I also seen a police man shoot a man for stealing some very expensive dive equipment

You are very much mistaken sir its all about the mighty dollars especially white people dollars. Im unapologetically African American who was born and breed in brooklyn ny. The Jamaicans always favored the Europeans b/c of their past relationship with Britain. In the States, they have the better than attitude. When they come here, they complete with the american blacks for jobs pop and shine in front of the European employer to rid the competition to put themselves in the position to further saturate the workplace. Unity brethens.

I am Jamaican and I must say, that was excellent. Proud of how you represented my country and its people. Thank you Sir! I especially loved how you educated viewers on our culture of greeting people that you see Good Morning, Good Evening etc. So true, if you see someone and you don't greet properly, it is highly offensive. 'A just suh we grow' translation, that is just how we were raised. :) Peace & Love! 'Yeah Mon! '

A beautiful country and a lot of great people - but my experience in Ocho Rios wasn't that good. Several people in our hotel were mugged at knife point. One girl was mugged by one of the ladies that braid your hair. etc The resort, beach, food. etc were great, the people working at the hotel were fantastic, but just didn't feel safe walking around.

I recommend the Royalton Hotels! They are pricey, but everything is included besides the other bold activities like swimming with dolphins. The food there is also great, there are many food choices! Also, some places also sell Devon house ice cream, but i do recommend going to the actual place cause its a great experience.

The most dangerous thing about visiting Jamaica is that you will leave a piece of your heart there and take some of Jamaica with you. I've been to the island several times and lived there for a summer. I can't believe it's been 6 years since I was last on the island and I still think about it. It never leaves you.

So am a jamaican i live outside of Jamaica for two years now, the ponits yiu a dress for tourists is just right, however Spanish town are not bad as the hotels make it sound, the crime problems in jamaica normally are between jamaican only,

Oh if you go with a person who smokes weed and ur not a smoker. Just leave the room. The little container they had the weed in was opened in the room it didn't have to be lit for u to get high. Omg. It was potent
