we head to Disney's Animal Kingdom for the all new Circle of Flavors, dining in Harambe at night. Disney invited us to this media preview to experience the full event and show you what it's all about. We started the night by heading back to the Harambe train station for some light bites, refreshments and live entertainment. Then we head to the Rafiki's Planet Watch train station for some more light bites, refreshments and live entertainment. We also get to learn about the big 5 animals: elephants, rhinos, leopards, buffalo and lions. We were able to try the VR savanna experience, it was really cool to see the lions so close up! We had a fun character interaction with Rafiki and Timon, it was such an intimate experience because there were so few people in the area with us. It was nice to have a good amount of time with the characters. We even got the Simba part of the pride symbol on our foreheads! Then we head back to the train and back to Harambe for the dinner portion of the event. We had the whole Harambe Market area for the event where we were able to go to different food booths which corresponded with each of the big 5 animals. We tried all the different foods and desserts, there were so many options! Then we headed home to talk about the food and what we liked best. We also talk about whether or not the event the was worth the price

My wife and I did this event on opening night and we loved it. My wife does not drink and even she felt she got her monies worth. The service was second to none and on our particular night it was raining lightly and they provided umbrellas to walk from the train drop off to Harambe Market, amazing.
Great review and we both agree with your take on the event but would say that even vacationers who want a great experience would benefit from this.
Perhaps we missed it but we would have liked to have seen some of the animals at Rafiki's Planet Watch and FYI, there is NO available restroom at RPW and since many drinks were consumed at the 1st stop, that was a HUGE bummer!

It's gonna sound silly but the best part of this whole video that made me genuinely smile is the fact the event had wheelchair accessible standing tables. So many places all over the world (I'm in the UK) Don't even bother to factor in wheelchair users such as myself so the fact Disney consciously made that effort to put those in AND in the mix of the larger tables to be inclusive and didn't make it a separated off section that makes you feel awkward and like you don't belong. really made me happy. I hope I get to come to WDW one day. It's my bucket list holiday (along with universal wwohp)

Nice! I wanna mention tho that I tried the QR code for the lion campaign thing and it took me right to the website! I didn't think it would work - I just focused my celfone (w/ a barcode/QR code scanning app) on the tv playing your vlog (I had paused on the QR code part. It worked! Thanks for the info! And all that food looked very interesting!

I just made a video about going green in Disney! I bring my own travel spoon into the parks and use that all day (as well as a cloth napkin, straws, water bottles, the works) Not sure how you got a knife in, as the one time I brought a fork, the security guard ALMOST didn't let me bring it in. Hmmmm.

Circle of flavors was the biggest waste of 133 dollars. 125+ tax. Im here to warn you guys to save your money and go elsewhere! Just about anything else would have been a better deal. Food was subpar and the experience was not worth it

Once again let's be honest guys 126 isn't worth it always US Disney prices when everywhere else Disney is is soooooo much cheaper. it looks great an all but not gonna do that.

I really wanted to do this on our most recent trip, but, from what I could see, the event was only on Wednesdays. I was sad it was so limited.
