we head to Disney's Animal Kingdom in another attempt to search for Christmas and holiday decorations and merch! We didn't find much of anything at all but we did show you where the decorations would be located and what they would be, these decorations are said to be put up on November 8th. We'll be back in the park then to see what they look like. The puppets sound really cool and we can't wait to see those! Then we head back to Dinoland USA to see some characters like, Pluto, Daisy, Donald, Goofy, Chip and Dale before taking a ride on Dinosaur. This is definitely one of our favorite rides in the park! We also get to see a quick glimpse of the bird show by the Tree of Life, take a quick trip to Pandora and even look at some of the gift shops to see what holiday merch is out. We end the day with a confusing explanation of the Animal Kingdom Tasting Sampler, is this something you would do on your Disney trip?

In regard to alligators in the river, yes, they are there I have seen them myself. Disney lets them stay until they get bigger than 3 feet and then they are removed and relocated. Learned all of this from a security guard who was trying to explain to a tourist that the alligator was in fact an alligator and not a cayman, lol.

Nice one Tim! (regards to Jenn. You know you could be a voice talent if you were so inclined for such work. You already have the basic experience honed skills (I think. You have the voice quality and diction. just food for thought. And that reminds me, yeah that $50 thing is confusing! Personally, I wouldn't bother. Well, enjoy!

When you said people were talking about the wire for alligators it reminded me of someone telling us last week that the macaws were drones. Disney had so much money they custom made macaw drones because live birds can't be trained to stay put. We just looked at them and then walked away

At around 11. 30 Tim says about not thinking gators can get into the park river. I've seen a small gator in the Magic Kingdom river around Tom Sawyer Island along Frontierland, so I wouldn't be surprised if they get them in the other parks too.

I Dinoland. 95% of that is because of Dino Chip and Dale. The theming is awesome (dig site, dino bash, fossil fun games with high quality plushie prizes) and the Duck Tales characters appear there. I just don't enjoy the rides, though.

I was there at the parks this week and there was a tiny amount of Christmas out the first couple days but BAM on Wednesday morning it seemed to be everywhere just off to the sides of the shop entrances. It was sooooo hot Sun - Wed!

Speaking of aligators, I thought I'd heard that one came up on the shore or path near Polynesian hotel area, or one of them, and maybe got close to a child walking in the area. Is that true? I think it was last year.

20 minute wait could be a lot shorter than that for Dinosaur. I remember seeing the wait time for that going from 10 to 15 minutes for standby and waited like 5 to 7 minutes.

Hi Tim, my family and me were at Hollywood on Tuesday and Disney springs yesterday and they had lots of Christmas stuff there. Went to Animal Kingdom yesterday afternoon too.

Disney is full of magic. it will come overnight just like they always manage to pull off. I'm always in awe of just how fast displays and decor manage to go up perfectly.
