Tim starts off the day by showing what he eats on a regular when he's not at the theme parks, it's pretty healthy for the most part! Then we have an updated look at the Aerogarden, we finally see some sprouts! So exciting! Then we have some baby Jackson playtime, we love sitting him in front of mirror so he can look at himself, and loves it too! We give you a little behind the scenes look at our Disney Day at Home from yesterday where we went to a Disney food festival at EPCOT. We had so much fun creating that video! Then Tim does some more digging on the fossil kit, he found some more fun fossils and some rocks. Then it was time for dinner, we had some delicious cheeseburgers, pickled cucumbers and wedge fries. After dinner we tried some of the Star Wars Origami kit that bought the other day, we started with the BB-8 one, it was super hard lol, we didn't finish it, it was a major fail, but we had fun trying it. So then we tried the Harry Potter origami set, which was way easier. We made Hedwig the owl!

Catching up on videos from the last week. I recommend you guys trying out the Zipadee Zip for Jackson. Our son wore Merlin's magic sleep suit until he was about 5 or 6 months old and then the Zipadee Zip, which we called his Zippy. He's a little over 2 1/2 years old now and we just transitioned him out of that last week and now he just sleeps with pajamas on. You should check it out! :)

How crazy is it tht someone one day just got a piece of paper and made stuff out of it. Would love to know how people come up with these clever ideas. Like what went through their mind at the time of them coming up with this and how do they just sit there and go lets create this and tht and it look amazing. Hope i am making sense in what i am trying to explaine lol.

Your Disney at home videos inspired me to have a virtual Disney weekend for my girls and they loved it! I made all of their favorite foods from Disneyland and they did virtual rides all day ending the nights with fireworks at the castle and world of color. Definitely an awesome weekend and already planning a Harry Potter weekend next!

Nothing wrong with frozen food! A lot of our veg is frozen cause it lasts longer and also a lot of our meat too and some of it can be cooked straight from frozen! Not to mention when you come home from work sometimes you just want something easy and quick! Our fridge has so much space but our freezer is like tetris haha!

How you take Jackson around in the stroller to keep him familiar with it, I would do the same with the carseat. Take a drive every other day or so that way when thing's go back to normal he wouldn't have a hard time with the seat. Just stay in your car and you will be fine. Plus it feels nice to get out.

So, ever since you ate at Regal Eagle and talked about the pickles not being pickles, I've been meaning to leave you a comment about them. They 100% look like my paternal grandma's pickle salad. I grew up eating it every summer. If you'd be interested in the recipe, I could get it from my parents.

Bears will climb up trees and actually steal honey out of the bee nest even while the bees are in there and stinging them. thats how much they love honey which is why Im guessing you see bears on honey jars all the time.
