We took my son Carter to get his hair cut for the first time when he was 18 months old in 2018. Definitely request a photo pass photographer to be there. Ours got some amazing shots for us. The cutest was a picture she took outside the window with his freshly new do smiling a mischievous smile. So adorable! We are booking our first trip back since March of 2020 for May 2022. We now have a daughter who was born August 2019 and shell need to get her first trim at the barbershop too. So I hope its open by then.

I want to say this with all the love but. Maybe you where treated so well because you are known and you stayed in a really expsiive room if you stayed in a normal room and where a normal family it might have been a different experience
I would love to see you stay in a standard suite and get your options like a normal room at riverside not a 1 bedroom room

such a clever idea for the picture frame! Maybe get pins from the resorts and hang the specific picture for that stay in a regular frame on the side where the pin is on this main frame that you can hang in the middle of all the pictures. Maybe hang it in like a Castle shape or Mickey shape or something? I saw that on Pinterest a few times.

1200 is like the price of an entire month of a 2-bedroom apartment. not for one night. So one month at that Grand Floridian room would be 1200 x 30 = $36, 000, so yeah, I would hope everything would be great, idk if some minimum wage workers make that in a year

Tip from a former CM, . If you really like how a CM treated you on your Disney stay, find a Guest relations and leave them a compliment. once they receive a certain amount of compliment they get to choose a small gift or a lunch. We all always chose the lunch.

This is really inconsequential but the coffee machine is a Nespresso machine but the pods are their coffee pods, not espresso. Just in case any one was wondering! Haha, you could probably tell by the amount of coffee in Jens cup, espresso would be much less.

I can't wait to stay at the Grand Floridian in October! Thanks for sharing your trips! It would be the highlight of my trip to actually meet you guys and thank you in person for all you do for GKTW!

I wish I can stay one day but so expensive. Ill be 60 on January 2nd 2022 and it would be so nice we want to go for the 50th anniversary anyway, they charge per person right? Thank u for sharing.
