Pimento Cheese Crime - That is not what pimento cheese should look like. That looks like stuff bought from a store that isnt that great. I guess Im a little biased. We have a regular and a spicy pimento cheese recipe thats been handed down several generations in my family. In fact I was finally encouraged to go to the farmers market to sell it. Its fortunately is a very big hit. Very happy that people love my family recipe. People who wouldnt even eat the stuff actually buy mine and Im surprised how many people didnt even know what it was. For me for just the regular normal pimento cheese I tend to find it has better color and flavor to use a sharp cheddar cheese. Of course you need to shred your own cheese and dont buy the store-bought already shredded cheese. Just a little hint if anybodys willing to make it at home. Thats as far as I will go into my recipe though for regular, LOL. When you make or find a good pimento cheese it makes a very good grilled cheese sandwich. I personally like ham and pimento cheese as a grilled cheese sandwich but Ive heard of all different kinds including ham cheese and fresh tomatoes.

This is a game plan if youre wanting to eat in the odyssey at any of the festivals. Depending on the size of your group split up and have everybody grab a booth they want to get items from, all go separate ways, and get your item then meet back at the Odyssey. I know a lot of people like to share the items because it is a lot of food so you can all share the food if thats what you do then youre not wasting time and you can eat in the AC! You could always just talk into some of the food spots in the pavilions but there isnt a lot especially with air-conditioning. The odyssey is the only building that can hold a lot of people with indoor seating and tables that are inside of the world showcase.

The sauce on the ribs sounds the same as the Mongolian Beef from Sunshine Seasons, we make it at home all the time and the main ingredients in the sauce are Soy Sauce and Brown Sugar! Well worth a try! Its back in the menu now too!

We were so sad that we our Epcot day was the day before Food & Wine! My son loves Remi! We were able to find one of the Remis in Canada. So my son was happy we saw one!
