Only for 2 nights, you pay 248 pounds. That is very expensive. In South America, you pay that for 3 weeks. Also, food, entree tickets, and transportation are much cheaper. Above all, South America is much nicer. The people are warmer and friendlier because they now understand that tourism delivers. If someone bothers you, just push him off. E. g.: I don't want it and peel big eyes at him. People around you will certainly help you. So, welcome to South America. Florianopolis, Brasil is a good destination. Portugal is Ok, but Brasil is much much much better. Portugal is not a match for Brasil.

Well, I am from Lisbon and I just wanted to correct two things: No, it's not custom to tip 10% at all (actually I've never heard that before, this is not the US) and on the language part you should have mencioned that you were talking with a guy speaking brazilian portuguese, not portuguese from portugal. Even thought it is the same language the difference is huge.
Apart from that I really liked the video, thanks for showing my city

The guy at the end is not even a Brazilian teaching Portuguese: he's OBVIOUSLY a non-native speaker of Portuguese that learned Portuguese in Brazil/from Brazilians. VERY poor choice. (Overall, I very much enjoyed the video though. P. S. 3 euros for a cup of coffee in Lisbon is a MONUMENTAL rip off! Average price is well under 1 euro)

It's expected to give 10% tip on restaurants? As a Portuguese person that's news to me, I mean I'm not complaining, if tourists want to give more money because they think we have a tipping culture then go for it lol, but it's not true. Only tip if you think the service was outstanding is usually what most people do.

One of the best videos. Very nicely explained! Thank you. Mentioning prices are one of the most important things which one wants to know. Good job

Terribly made and presented, the only one who knew what they were doing in this production was the editor. Absolute rubbish
