Sadhya - Is a traditional Indian vegetarian banquet feast originating in Kerala, India. It-s not just a meal, but it-s an entire event, an experience of vegetarian food, natural ingredients and combinations of Ayurvedic medicinal values. There-s so much tradition involved, from the way you mix and match your different dishes, to the way you order your different dishes, and mix the sweets and salty dishes. I can say without a doubt, this was the best vegetarian food I-ve ever had in my life. It was a meal experience. Mothers Veg Plaza - Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, India. Price - 200 INR ($2. 78) per person, all you can eat. But usually by the first round of all the dishes, everyone is pretty full. I had a few more helpings of rice and curry to end this spectacular Indian food vegetarian feast. Thank you to Ebbin from -Food N Travel by Ebbin Jose for taking us on this ultimate Indian food tour of Kerala, India! Friends in the video: Ebbin: Roshan: Joel

Pple in India have different ways of eating, a, typical locals way of eating Indian food can appear very messy,
Indian food. has no rules. just eat it the way u like it( being suggested of hw to eat by someone who eats it the way they like to is the biggest mistake of eating Indian food)
And that pouring of rasam in the hand. wonder y one has to do that. that looks so weird. y not just drink it from that bowl.

The only thing which I don't like about this hotel is the owner. Whenever a friend visits, if it's the first time in trivandrum I take them here. And the moment the owner notices it's someone who is non Keralite, he won't leave the table and starts giving classes on how to eat which ruins the mood for the group.
PS: The food is awesome, regular customer here.

This guy is so irritating. He talks with his mouth full. He makes disgusting sounds when he first tastes the food. Does he pay for his food? Other episodes he shares with no one when he starts to eat. They just look on. It would be nice to share while filming. To me he seems greedy.

Don't mix chutny or pickle and pappad with rice. You have eat rice with sambar or rasam or with curds. In between gulps you have to taste very little pickles or pappad or chutney or sabjis. Some combination taste good ec curd rice and pickle

I love to eat Boli. The one mark was eating is smaller & thicker. Eating with paysa m is news to me.
Only experts can make it wafer thin. I have had this experience of eating bolis made by Namboodri brahmins during my visit to Kerala.

If you're gonna come to India, I highly recommend you try the infinite range of flavor packed veg food we have to offer.
I am a non-vegetarian myself. But our veg food will leave you speechless. I can vouch whole heartedly on that!

Why do you keep bursting into that artificial laugh? It sounds and looks so irritating. Food blogs only need sincere presentation and introduction to different food not clowning around.

Mouthwatering and amazingly good sadya. So hilarious to see you cupping your hands to partake of the rasam and the buttermilk! A tangible - touch and taste experience!
