Mark Wiens Banana Chips - Worldwide Shipping Available Now: Big thank you to Dmitry from Value of the Moment for helping us get on the right train! #Moscow #Russia #RussianTrain One of the best ways to get from Moscow to Saint Petersburg, Russia, is on the high-speed Sapsan Express train. It-s extremely modern, very fast, and very convenient. I ended up purchasing business class seats, which weren-t that much more expensive than normal class. The Train - The Sapsan Express leaves Moscow from the Moscow Leningradsky Railway Station. Our seats were very comfortable, and very clean. Everything went smoothly and the train left immediately on time. Price - 3, 435 RUB ($53. 50) per ticket The Food - Our seats on the Russian train included food, and you could choose a few different options. I chose the most Russian food sounding option, which included a few different dishes - a salad, and a main course. Overall, pretty good. Service was also excellent. The train from Moscow to Saint Petersburg, Russia took I believe about 3. 5 hours, and we arrived to Saint Petersburg! Great experience, and I would highly recommend it

Amenity kit on a train! Omg! And yeah, that little grey -puck- with the sponge in it was shoe polishing kit. I-ve seen such kits many times as advertisement souvenirs in various expos (mostly travel expos) I-m guessing it can come in handy for someone wearing some more fancy leather shoes and wanting to or needing to polish their shoes up a bit before an important meeting or something. Polishing shoes was definitely more common in the past, these days I guess not that many do it any longer, unless wearing some fancy leather shoes which you-d mostly see on businessmen in suits - Either way, very thoughtful with amenity kit on just a train! I haven-t even seen that in first class on trains I-ve been on, not even in first class on a Chinese sleeper train. Have had meal served at the seat though in first class, for an additional fee (but was worth it when going to my hometown for a weekend visit and going straight from work and facing at least about 4 hours or so of travel)

Mark: I think your videos are great, but certain aspects show your youth. What you had in your hand was a shoe shining travel sponge. People of age (50+ generally) like to keep their shoes clean and waxed and would use this product to do so. I realize that most folks who are well under 50 may not use this kind of product to preserve and enhance their shoes, but did want to elaborate on what it is and why we would use it. All aside, you make great and informative videos and keep up the great work!

its funny that every time you eat something you always love it even garbage food you love it. That train food was garbage but you still loved it.
you probably can eat dead cat and still love it. You don't know the difference in food that is your problem.

The sponge was to keep the plastic telescoping cup underneath it from rattling. why would they give you a dry sponge for your shoes?
Who even wears shoes that need shining these days?

Agree, the metros are beautiful, like a bodoir. Feels french. The escalators are scaringly steep.

My little concern is that how old are you to pretend you're naive teenager exploring your unknown world? You are somehow disgusting mate.

That train station was.
Speechless. Not a fan of Lenin but I would have just been sitting there for hours observing the art.
