I-ve done train travel about 5 times in China, India and Vietnam. Unfortunately each time, I-ve been really sick - -. I remember spending majority of the trip in the walkway of the carriages trying to get fresh air and face forward, plus being super close to the toilet.
I also was usually the one on the top bunk so it was even harder.

In Finland every sleep train are like that in the bed you can charge your phone theres waterbottles on the bed and Some snaks and a toilet in the room whit shower and i like to travel wiht train ------------- and They chance the blankets and pillows and every thing

I have been on a train to Saigon before and the bathrooms in the train was so disgusting but it was worth it to go on the train, surprisingly I can understand what the people are saying in the background bc I speak Vietnamese

Go first class if you want to avoid people of that country or cattle class if you want to experience the people of that country. In Vietnam the people are incredible so have a beer with them and go cattle class.
