Amazing Places on Our Planet
I hiked down to the reservation and the waterfalls in a day, in total about 16 miles, mostly going down. The temperatures that day reached 100 degrees, and I got dehydrated but I felt it only late in the day. I was waking up hour by hour at night drinking liquids and feeling terrible. I was really happy to fly out by helicopter next day, it would have been extremely hard to walk back out of the canyon. The place is certainly mesmerizing, hope to be able to revisit one day

in 1964, me and my brother and our boy scout troop hiked down to the reservation, it took us 2 days and we stayed there for about a week. coming back out was terrible. I think 2 of the guys had to be helicoptered out and some of us rode out on burros. But the memory is still vivid.

One of those places I've read so much about. I've seen a few videos of it here on YT but yours is by far the best. I know it's not an easy hike down into (and back from) that canyon. Wonderful music selection as usual. Thanks for sharing.

Rafting with Western River Expeditions 1983: swam in from Colorado River. Trip of a life time. Havasu remains one of the most beautiful places that I have ever experienced.
