At about the 3: 00 mark on the video, it shows what is called the New City, that is, the newer section of Quito. It is noteworthy due to the wider streets and the taller buildings. There is even a wonderful mall in that portion of the city. with slightly higher prices than you would pay in the old City section of Quito.

Been there as well a few months ago. Another UNESCO highlight during my 6 months trip to Latin America. Cuenca was also nice. I love all of your videos. Just excellent. Thanks for sharing.

Estoy de acuerdo que desde el punto de vista arquitectonico esa cathedral es Hermosa, pero para quien no conoce el Ecuador, se habria podido aadir alguna informacion historica.
